My First Video On My New YouTube Channel

Now that we are close to the end of this year, I want to take a moment and thank each of my subscribers for joining me in my wish to create a meaningful community here on Substack.

I’ve met so many incredible people since I started this journey several months ago, many of whom I already consider friends. I was beginning to feel censored from expressing my thoughts to the people in my life about our current political climate so I took a chance on Substack to see if I could connect with a likeminded peer group.

I am so happy that I found you guys! I love doing our regular livestreams with Rick Herbst and connecting with our subscribers in real time. Of course, I am ecstatic that Rick and I have become Substack partners, and I’m having an amazing time developing our show.

In addition to my Substack content, I did start a brand new YouTube channel because I enjoy making explainer videos and commenting on current political events. My hope is that I will get much better at my delivery with more practice! But for now, I thought I’d jump in and start the conversation on topics I think are extremely important but tend to fly under the radar, like this first video on my channel about “The Powell Memorandum” linked above.
